conduct / privacy

There is to be no conduct that may disturb the neighbors or others. No illegal conduct. No loud music. Fireworks are illegal in N.Y. State and not permitted on the property. Fires are permitted but only in designated fire~pit and we ask that you purchase firewood locally. 

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. At no time will we share any information about you with another party. This includes: email addresses, mailing addresses, credit card information and browser cookies.

vehicles / recreational water crafts

North Cottage ~ 2 cars to be parked in front of cottage or at the top of the road.

South Cottage ~ 2/3 cars to be parked to the right of the cottage. Any additional cars to be parked at the top of the road.

*No boat trailers, tents, campers or motor homes to be on cottage property or used to sleep in. Public  boat launch is in Penn Yan.

Recreational items used are at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur.

SMoking

Smoking is not permitted in either cottage.
